Tim Simard collaborates across RAP’s communications and global teams to plan, create and deliver engaging digital and social media content. Since joining RAP in 2019, Simard has helped manage and coordinate several high-profile projects, including the Power System Blueprint and the heat pump toolkit and video series.
Simard is a writer, author and editor with more than 10 years’ experience in the communications and marketing fields. He has worked as a reporter and editor at Williston Publishing in Vermont and held communications and public relations roles with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont and Vermont College of Fine Arts. Tim Simard has also worked as a freelance writer for publications throughout New England.
In 2010, he wrote “Haunted Hikes of Vermont,” a book filled with ghost stories and hiking recommendations for spooky locales throughout Vermont.
Tim Simard is a graduate of Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont, and holds a master’s in writing from the University of New Hampshire.
