Yannick “Nick” Georges oversees operational and systems logistics to improve the global efficiency of RAP and its staff. Nick’s primary focus is to ensure that the IT infrastructure is healthy and to recommend improvements. The other focus is on the overall management of RAP’s operations, including US Payroll, managing the Vermont home office and various insurance policies. Lastly, Nick assists Finance with approvals and payment releases and Human Resources with benefits as needed.
Prior to joining RAP, Nick Georges was the payroll manager and grant administrator for Dealer.com, a fast-growing Vermont tech company, where he managed the day-to-day payroll needs for more than 800 employees, along with multimillion dollar state grants. Georges also served the Northlands Job Corps Center for over 12 years. He started as an accountant, soon took on the IT operations, and was then promoted to finance supervisor for the education and vocational training center.
Georges received his bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in accounting and minor in statistics from Castleton State College.

My passions outside of RAP are pretty simple. I love hanging out with my family and the other is that I love to do LEGO sets.
