RAP’s Chris James and Rebecca Schultz, along with Catherine Witherspoon, former executive officer of the California Air Resources Board, made recommendations on revisions to China’s air quality index and ambient air quality standards in this letter to the regulation drafting authorities at the Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Science.
