This is the first in a series of webinars that RAP offered to Energy Foundation grantees on energy efficiency program design and implementation. RAP’s technical assistance included one-on-one consultations, webinars, workshops, and written materials that will help the grantees in regulatory proceedings and other forums where efficiency program proposals are presented and evaluated.
