Jordan Rollo provides a breadth of accounting experience as part of RAP’s core operations. Joining RAP in April 2024, Jordan previously lent his expertise in various industries, including agriculture, commercial real estate and public accounting, with a focus on not-for-profit organizations.
Jordan holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, with a minor in small business management and a master's degree in business administration.
Originally from Franklin County, VT, Jordan relocated to New York. He enjoys spending his leisure time at home with his four cats and fiancé, Kaley. Outside of work, he keeps busy with wedding planning, home ownership responsibilities and woodworking. During weekends, Jordan prioritizes spending time with friends and family.

How did you catch the “energy” bug?
In the past I have lived in small apartments in moderately sized cities, and even in these small New England towns there is a lot of industrialization. Between factories and day to day traffic, the amount of CO2 emissions and other dangerous chemicals escaping into the atmosphere have made it difficult to enjoy the world outside my home from time to time. So, when the world starting investing in renewable energy it became a goal of mine to reduce my own carbon footprint and to work towards helping the world do the same.
What’s your passion outside of RAP/clean energy?
Family. I do everything I can to stay connected to family and my dream is to one day have a stable household and have a family of my own.
When I was 5, I was pretty sure I'd be a chef when I grew up. Then I worked at a Burger King and discovered the stress of working in a kitchen.
