The Regulatory Assistance Project is beginning a new chapter of growth and thought leadership as we continue bringing clarity to the complexity of the clean energy transition.
After thoughtful discussions between Richard Sedano and the RAP board of directors, Sedano will now transition from CEO into an important new role within the organization — Senior Director for Innovation. In this capacity, Sedano will lead our efforts to explore and develop groundbreaking initiatives that will shape the future of RAP and advance our core mission.
To ensure a smooth transition, David Moskovitz, a co-founder and principal of RAP, has been appointed to serve as interim CEO. Moskovitz, through his founding of RAP more than 30 years ago, has a deep understanding of the organization’s mission, making him the perfect fit to lead RAP during this transitional period.
Moskovitz, the board and the organization are incredibly grateful to Sedano for his dedicated eight-year leadership as CEO and look forward to the possibilities that lie ahead under his guidance as Senior Director for Innovation. This role allows Sedano to focus on the critical issues that face the power sector as the challenges of climate change continue to increase.
RAP has already begun a comprehensive and global search process to identify our next CEO. We are committed to finding a visionary leader who will guide RAP into its next phase of growth and impact.
