This document contains comments of ITG Innovative Technology Group on the Model Regulations for the Output of Specified Air Emissions from Smaller-Scale Electric Generating Resources. ITG suggests that statements be included which allow cost effective aftermarket products like ours, to compete with manufacturer’s new engines.
